Project Manager – Consumer Contracts

From construction start to final inspection – you hold the entire journey together

About the role

As a project manager, you will be the hub of our larger consumer contracts – from construction start to final inspection. You will be supported by a site manager and project coordinator, but you need to be able to drive project administration and step in operationally on-site when required. The projects typically have a turnover of at least 1 million SEK and often involve extensive renovations, reconstructions, extensions, and new constructions.

You will plan and coordinate your own staff, subcontractors, and suppliers – while also monitoring quality, safety, and finances. Everything is documented in our digital business system QISY. You will work closely with the client, ensuring a transparent process and leading the project to a professional conclusion with an approved final inspection and maximum customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

· Lead and be responsible for the entire construction process according to agreements and timelines

· Plan resources, order materials, and coordinate subcontractors

· Conduct construction meetings, follow up on self-inspections and quality documentation

· Manage financial follow-up and reporting

· Monitor the work environment and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

· Support the site manager and, if necessary, take over operational control on-site

· Develop and improve the company’s processes and routines in production

We are looking for someone who

· Has an academic education in a relevant field

· Has experience in a similar role within construction project management

· Has very good knowledge of English

· Holds a B driving license (requirement) – company car included

· Has good IT skills and is proficient in drawing programs and Excel

· Has merit-based training such as BAS-U/P, BKR, Safe Water

· Is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in your leadership

· Enjoys working both administratively and operationally
